The Pamposh Ecosphere, its affiliates, and its Collaboratory partners will not be liable for any lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational damages resulting from the application of our systemic architecture to your enterprise.
•    Third-Party Boundaries: This estate may contain links to external architecture. We maintain no liability, influence, or endorsement over external links or third-party platforms referenced within our archives, which are governed by their own respective terms.
•    Exceptions: These exclusions from liability do not apply in cases of death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence where a material obligation has been broken.

6. Operational Modifications​

The Pamposh Ecosphere operates as an active, evolving research institution. We reserve the absolute right to modify, escalate, or terminate scheduled programs, deployed field tools, or advisory mentorships at our discretion, with appropriate notice dispatched from The Ecosphere. Any formal grievances or protests regarding the quality or execution of our operations must be submitted in writing.

Furthermore, these Institutional Protocols are subject to unilateral revision to maintain legal, regulatory, and structural security. While significant structural changes may be communicated directly, participants are responsible for regularly reviewing this archive for protocol updates.

7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute relating to these protocols, their enforceability, or alleged intellectual property infringement, The Pamposh Ecosphere shall appoint an arbitrator. The arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India, conducted in English, and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable. The courts in New Delhi shall possess exclusive jurisdiction under Indian Law.
